Terms of Service

Purpose
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the mysaas.coach platform, operated by Amorem SAS, a simplified joint-stock company incorporated in France, with its registered office at 50 Rue Saint André des Arts, 75006 Paris.
mysaas.coach is an AI-powered coaching platform for SaaS founders. The service provides personalized strategic analysis, action checklists, competitor monitoring, coaching memos, and daily guidance to help founders grow their product.
Acceptance
Accessing and using mysaas.coach implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you must stop using the platform.
Creating an account and subscribing constitutes acceptance of the Terms in force on the date of registration.
Subscription and pricing
Pricing
Access to the service is offered as a monthly subscription at $49 per month (USD). Payments are processed by Stripe.
Free trial
Each new subscription includes a 0-day free trial. No payment is charged during this period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription is activated and the first payment is charged.
Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
User account
Creation
Registration is done exclusively via a magic link sent to your email address. No password or OAuth authentication is offered. You must provide a valid email address.
Security
You are responsible for keeping your login links confidential. Any activity carried out from your account is attributable to you. Please report any unauthorized access immediately to legal@mysaas.coach.
Uniqueness
Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
Multi-product
Each account can manage up to 5 SaaS products. Each product has its own coaching context, checklists, and competitor tracking.
Service description
Product analysis
The service connects to your SaaS product URL to analyze its structure, positioning, and features. This analysis is performed through the crawl provider configured in the admin settings, currently Firecrawl or Cloudflare Browser Rendering.
AI coaching
Personalized strategic recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence based on your product context (objectives, problems, ICP, competitors). You can interact with the AI coach via chat.
Checklists and briefs
Action plans and strategic briefs are automatically generated to guide your daily priorities.
Competitor tracking
Monitoring and analysis of competitor products you identify. Competitor URLs are crawled and analyzed to provide you with strategic insights.
Revenue metrics
Optional integration with MRR Calendar to track your SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, etc.) via an OAuth connection.
Accountability Partner
Optional accountability buddy feature. Only your first name is shared with your partner to preserve the confidentiality of your product data.
AI processing
AI providers
The service uses language models via OpenRouter and Ollama to analyze your product context and generate coaching recommendations.
Data transmitted
Your product context (URL, objectives, problems, ideal customer profile, competitor data) is sent to AI providers to enable analysis. This data is transmitted securely and is not used to train third-party models.
Nature of recommendations
AI-generated content (checklists, briefs, coaching memos, chat replies) are informational suggestions only. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, or business advice.
Intellectual property
Your data
You retain all rights to the data you provide (product information, coaching context, objectives). AI-generated content based on your data (checklists, briefs, memos) may be freely used by you.
Platform
The design, mysaas.coach brand, code, and platform-specific elements are the exclusive property of Amorem SAS. Any reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Confidentiality
All coaching data is private. No content is displayed publicly. Accountability Partners only have access to your first name.
User obligations
By using mysaas.coach, you agree not to:
Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or copy the platform's AI models or algorithms
Use scripts, bots, or any automated means to access the service
Share your login credentials or grant access to your account to third parties
Intentionally provide false or misleading information about your product
Use the service for illegal or unethical purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems or data
Use AI recommendations to harm competitors or third parties
Amorem SAS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these obligations, without notice or compensation.
Liability
AI recommendations
AI coaching provided by mysaas.coach does not replace professional advice (legal, financial, accounting, or business). Amorem SAS does not guarantee any business outcomes from using the service. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI recommendations.
Service availability
Amorem SAS makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Amorem SAS cannot be held liable for interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages related to the use of the platform.
Third-party integrations
The proper functioning of integrations (Stripe, OpenRouter, Firecrawl, Cloudflare Browser Rendering, MRR Calendar) depends on the availability of these third-party services. Amorem SAS is not responsible for interruptions or malfunctions from these providers.
Termination
At your initiative
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Account deletion is available from your settings (/dashboard/settings). Deletion is permanent: all of your data (profile, products, coaching, checklists, memos) is erased with no possibility of recovery.
At the initiative of Amorem SAS
Amorem SAS may suspend or terminate an account in case of a breach of these Terms, without notice in case of serious misconduct. In other situations, a notification email will be sent.
Changes
Amorem SAS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest update date appears at the top of this page. If we make a material change, you will be notified by email. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
