Purpose
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the mysaas.coach platform, operated by Amorem SAS, a simplified joint-stock company incorporated in France, with its registered office at 50 Rue Saint André des Arts, 75006 Paris.
mysaas.coach is an AI-powered coaching platform for SaaS founders. The service provides personalized strategic analysis, action checklists, competitor monitoring, coaching memos, and daily guidance to help founders grow their product.
Acceptance
Accessing and using mysaas.coach implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you must stop using the platform.
Creating an account and subscribing constitutes acceptance of the Terms in force on the date of registration.
Subscription and pricing
Pricing
Access to the service is offered as a monthly subscription at $49 per month (USD). Payments are processed by Stripe.
Free trial
Each new subscription includes a 0-day free trial. No payment is charged during this period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription is activated and the first payment is charged.
Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
